PLEASE NOTE - TEAM LEVEL IS FOR THE 2011-2012 SEASON, but you can enter
your old 2011-2012 U11 team as a U12 team for this tournament. If you enter a new
team that will be U12 for the 2011-2012 season, then you should enter that team as a U12.

Tournament Profile
Soccer teams of all ages and skill levels are invited to participate in our 16th annual Five-a-Side soccer tournament on Saturday, August 20, 2011 at Reddan Soccer Park in Verona, Wisconsin.

The Five-a-Side tournament is an excellent opportunity for teams to get a head start on their Fall seasons, and for younger kids to experience a tournament. To ensure an enjoyable experience by all, we will attempt to group teams of similar ability level.

What is Five-a-Side?
Five-a-Side soccer is a fast-moving game which allows many touches on the ball for all players. Each team has four field players and a goalie on a small field with small goals. Referees are provided.

Games
The games consist of two 20-minute halves. All teams are guaranteed a minimum of 3 games. Schedules will allow for a minimum of 45 minutes between games. Depending on weather or field conditions, tournament officials reserve the right to delay games, reduce the length of games, reschedule games, or cancel the tournament.

Roster Size
The maximum roster size for U10 teams and under is 12 players. This allows the younger teams to bring their entire team to the tournament. The maximum roster size for U11 teams and older is 9 players.

Trophies
All players in the U8, U9 and U10 age brackets will receive a participation trophy (not a medal) at the completion of the tournament. This makes the tournament a winning experience for all of the younger players.

Championship games will be held at the U11 age bracket and above. Individual trophies for each player will be given to the first and second place teams in each division.
