Verona Area Soccer Club Practice Field Directions/Maps

Please print out your field schedule and take to practices in case there are any issues as to who has the field reserved. This should not be an issue within the club, but may be if other groups want to use the fields.

Field Information

Reddan Fields:
If you wish to reserve these fields please do so through MAYSA. Contact Chris Lay. There is a fee for this and the fields can be closed a fair amount in spring due to wet conditions (they need to be kept in good shape for tournaments and weekend play).

Badger Prairie Fields:
Badger Prairie has two U11/U12 fields. It is located directly across from Reddan Soccer Park on Cross Country Road. Verona Area Soccer Club rents these fields Mon-Thu for practices for our teams.

Veterans Park (also known as Lincoln St South, Lincoln St City Hall):
These fields should be scheduled by U13 and older teams as they are full sized fields. These fields are located south of the fire station and city hall on Lincoln St.

Cross Country Park:
This park is usually reserved for younger teams, but there is definitely room for older teams. This park is located on Basswood Ave in Cross Country Heights (NW quarter of Verona).

Prairie View Park:
This is a small soccer field and any team U13 and above should not practice here. The field and goals are too small. Prairie View is located on Harvest Lane is East View Heights (SE quarter of Verona).

Tollefson Park:
This is the park behind Glacier Edge Elementary School in Eastview Heights (SE side of Verona by Gray's Tiedhouse). We are ordering goals for this field. The grass is not in great shape yet because it is new, but for teams with a lot of players living in Eastview it is convenient to get to.

Verona Premier Fields (also called Pelletteri Fields):
These are our own fields west of Verona. Go west on Verona Rd. Go straight onto Hwy 151 and take immediate exit on the right onto Hwy G/Dairy Ridge Rd. Go left/south over the highway. Take first left onto Marshview Rd. Entrance is on the left.

Also, if you can hold practices on weekends, there is much more availability.

Field space to the side and behind Sugar Creek Elementary

Fields behind Verona Area High School and Badger Ridge Middle School are strictly off limits to club practices.
